How to use your Ignore list

go to User CP (top left hand corner of main forum page)... scroll down and look under Settings and Options and then select Edit Ignore List... and then just follow the prompts...

I don't understand the need for ignore lists.

If I get irritated at someone I don't even know and want to use some modestly complex system to insure that I don't click on their posts? Well, can I not do that without a more complicated method than simply keeping my finger off the left mouse button if I should see a name I want to hurt by my ignoring him?

So, perhaps the right question is, "Ignore list" vs. "grow up?" IMHO.
