Deer dosn't come in down in Va till the 3rd of Oct. Yesterday I took Jack down for a Dove hunt. I was told only about 20 dove have been in the fresh planted field my 1st shot birds were every where. I mush have seen 200 doves light up off the field. SO to say the shooting was great would be an understatement. What a great afternoon. If there were only 2 more hunters around the field edge. The field is about 30 acres. and I was All By My Self. I sent Jack out to stur up the birds every 20 minutes of so. He did good.
