How Do You Edit???

It's been a mystery to me.

Sometimes the option is there and sometimes not. :confused:

after a certain amount of time after making your post you are no longer able to edit it..... probably 5 min or so is allowed for editing after making a post

There seems to be something other than a time limit in effect at various times. Sometimes the feature never presents itself at all. Sometimes I think it is extended beyond 5 min, but I haven't timed anything.

Not a big issue to me so I've not kept detailed record of the 'fluctuations' but have noticed.

Also if someone replies after you, it disappears.

This is to prevent someone editing their older post then saying that they never said what was there in print.
