Weaver binos

Anybody own a pair of the new Weaver binoculars? If so...or even if you've just taken the opportunity to look through a pair....how do they compare with the Leupolds or Nikons?

I bought a pair of the 8x42 Roof Prism binos about four years ago and I like them very much. I don't know how they compare with other brands though.
