What can you plant this time of year in your area?

Little late but I want to start some collards if nothing else. I looked for some seed last week but everywhere local I checked was sold out.

...ebay has em though.

I've got all my pepper plants still producing from Spring. I got some Early Girl tomato plants (50 Days), maybe they'll make it. I also got some brussel sprout starts. (I love brussel sprouts, and I'm the only one who does).

I finally got tired of trying to pull my arm out of socket on my tiller so I took it to the shop. Told them that I wanted to pull the rope and till. It'll take $175 to do that so I figure it's worth it. I dug up about 1/4 of the garden for #1 wife to plant some lettuce, greens and beans the other day with a spade fork. $175 is cheap.

I may plant a few turnips and some Swiss Chard.

so far I have in the ground or starter box
Blue wonder beans
beef and bonnie tomatoes
yellow and green squash
sweet and hot Banana peppers
Brussels sprouts
Carrot
Radish
Beet
turnip greens
I am way late but will put in some red taters
Worms
Yep I started a little half barrel worm farm, I'm going to use them to help my garden
(my garden ) is above ground 2' so I have just about zero weeds and easy on the back
Besides adding worms I will (am experimenting) with them for salt water Bait
This year I'm going to try and capitalize on mango's and sheeps head and the worms will be both chum and bait

We had more than that on the ground this morning here and they're predicting another 2-5" tomorrow. There's a winter storm warning in effect for this area from noon tomorrow until Sunday afternoon. I can't remember there ever being one this early before.
