Do the guns placed along this ridge look big enough to handle an elk?

Actually, those are dead quakies that were somehow lined up nice and uniform along a ridge. I just thought they looked a little like an artillery battery. The other shots are some I took the other day in Idaho's Sawtooth Wilderness.

I have one of those, but I'm not towing a camera so heavy it needs wheels on an elk hunting trip. It's hard enough getting myself up those mountains.
