Why the Beef? I've never had Buffalo, but I hear it's really good.

It is good; my wife likes to add some beef for the fat content, of which the buff has none.

When I grind it for hamburger, I always add about 1/3 beef to the mix for the same reason.

We had it buff-only last week, and it was very tasty.

Done up like an eye of round and charcoal grilled it's great.
