A very nice looking job, NC. Sure wish that you lived closer to mom's place, because I'm looking at a roof, soffits and gutters this spring. Do gutters always need to leak out of the seams at the corners? Maybe it is just the freezing and thawing that we get up here that opens up those seams, but most of them leak after a year or two from what I've seen.
