Stock up on deer Pee

doe urine may soon become a thing of the past. It seems some "Experts" think it may spread CWD. Which state do you think will be the first to ban it? My bet will be NY.

I for one am still not convinced the bottled pee works any better than what comes out of your own zipper.

Do you freeze the Spleen from year to year of just re-fridge for the season
I have a Bait freezer and have always thought about just freezing the entire Spleen(s) and then next season thaw as needed and I even though about using it as a Drip-per hang it in the tree BUT then the Other side of the Brain steps in and Say's
as Mentioned above I'm not too convinced about Pee
If they are in sniffin area off where the Pee is
I can shoot them anyway so why the pee ?
you think they smell it from a Long distance if so ,, don't you think there is all kinds of Pee all over the darn Place

I can honestly say that among the things I have never considered stocking up on are both "pee" and "spleens".

JAH - I'll agree with you as far as 'fresehning up' a scrape, but I'd think that as a scent drag, the doe pee would be higher percentage.

Not that I've actually tried that :rolleyes:

The only times I've put doe pee on my trail, I've killed deer that came in from totally opposite directions, so I reserve the right to remains a skeptic :D
