marinated- 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup tamari sauce, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1 chopped red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger, 2 tablespoons brown sugar; for 2 hours, turned once, shallow slits cut into steaks.
broiled 8-10 minutes a side
with sauteed onions, green beans, and potatoes.
tender, taste of the venison comes through the marinade.
