Overheard in GW's Chicken House....

A chicken and an egg are lying in bed.

The chicken is leaning against the headboard smoking a cigarette, with a satisfied smile on its face.

The egg, looking a bit pi$$ed off, grabs the sheet, rolls over, and says, "Well, I guess we finally answered THAT question."

Jo, you've been a card-carrying member of Hunt America for a while now. I'm sure the guys will welcome you, specially since some of them know you from Cindi's Place.

And, BTW, I did email Cindi--she is into her writing, of course, and also into something called "letterboxing". It sounds like a sort of more sophisticated scavenger hunt, and it does sound like fun. Anyway, she said she wasn't really interested in opening up Cindi's Place right now, so I guess you guys will have to let us gals have a corner table here at the Tavern now and then. Okay?

Thanks, GW, I thought you'd let us join in the doings here. Jo Ann and I go way back, and she posted now and then at Cindi's.

I wish Cindi would drop around now and then, even if she doesn't open her place up.
