cast bullet reloading

I was wondering if you could use IMR 4350 or 4831 to load(30-06) the cast bullet on this page:

I looked in Lee Modern Reloading but I thought I would play the "ask the experts" card before going to get new powder.

That cast bullet looks like the Lyman #31141. I have used 4831 with that cast bullet. I suggest you buy and read the Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook for a list of suitable powders for this cast bullet.
