Alan's comment about fishing wet brings up another thread. Down here among to kayak crowd "Frogg Toggs" rain gear enjoys a lot of popularity. I picked up pants and a jacket on sale around Thanksgiving but have not tested them yet.

What do you use or what carries a strong reputation in your area?

Frogg Toggs. A biker friend of mine wears them on his Victory and likes them. I've got different raingear for my bike but if they'll keep you dry on a motorcycle I imagine they work pretty good. It's also what most of the guys on my Canadian fishing trip wore. Their stuff was better than mine, I'll tell you that for sure. I usually wear the cheap stuff and replace it every few years.
