Just read else where that the US DOD will no longer sell any .223 brass to private comp-- all will be shredded at Govt expense and sold to CHINA--at lower price than comp are now paying for it--Your Govt in action again--

That is old news and was revoked about 6 weeks ago. The sale of reloadable brass is continuing. That decision was apparently made by a bureaucrat in the bowels of the DOD Property Disposal Office implementing a old regulation seemingly unaware that there was a specific exemption for brass. The sale of brass continues and the companies buying it continue to reload for the market.

As much as I would like to blame the President I don't think he or his minions were involved. On the bright side the uproar it caused may have been one more thing that made him aware he does not want to fight the gun control battle...at least now.

obama may hold off for a bit, but I truely believe he has some serious gun control measures in mind. On second thought he has been acting as if he were American royalty and can do as he pleases so,,,

Thanks Altjaeger for info- i passed it on cause it was a symptom of the folks the new administration is hiring-A fish stinks from it'd head- if old news sorry but i do not spend a lot of time on internet and rely mostly on what is sent to me by friends. Glad it's over.
