My DILs mother came by this afternoon. Last week she was lifting something heavy and heard a pop and had a pretty severe pain in her middle to lower back. She said that after the MRI they told her that she had collapsed a vertebrae. She said they went in and realigned the spine with some sort of balloon and then injected some sort of cement into and around the crushed vertebrae. That was last Thursday. She was up and around today. Said it hurt a little bit to sit.

Pretty neat if you ask me!
