above, the arrow points to a nail under cracked caulking at the top of the window.

the only obvious problem is cracked caulking under the window.

I don't understand to goop smeared in spots around the facing. :confused1:

The window was installed only a couple months ago by a guy that usually does good work. It takes a hard wind for it to leak ... but it does.

Yeah right, sometimes that happens.. But this time, you must fully cover it up..
