Somebody Explain Pic Upload

I use the paper clip, I browse, select my pic, I click Upload, and it sits there forever and does nothing else. It says, uploading pic- please wait. But I could go to bed and wake up the next morning and it would say the same.

What gives ?

I use photobucket for my pic posting.

I have a pro account at photobucket so I use that.
