Tonight I fried up about 2 lbs of catfish nuggets in Zatarain's fish fry and fixed home cut fries with a spinach salad. Good stuff!:biggrin:
The leftover's will get heated in the microwave and placed in a hoagie roll with a large dallop of tartar sauce. Yum Yum again!:biggrin:
