Catfish Tonight

I have some Catfish nuggets fresh from the water Saturday night soaking in milk waiting for some Zatarain's fish fry and hot peanut oil later. I think I will put some corn and blackeye peas with it!:smile:

Well the wife said she would prefer brocolli to blackeye peas. A wise man learns when to be happy with 2/3rds of his wishes.:laugh:
