Backstrap marinated 48 hours and sauteed to rare in olive oil. I shot the Cavender's Greek Seasoning to it. Oven roasted potatoes are cubed and coated in olive oil then liberally sprinkled with Morton's Season All on a cookie sheet before a tour in the oven. Add you favorite vegetable.

Cranberry sauce was served on the side as is German tradition fore venison and boar.

The seasonings are my personal choices, but do not be afraid to try your favorites!

Very nice!

I thawed out a venison rump-steak and some Jalapeno-Cheddar sausage and grilled them last night.
Wife made baked sweet potato with cinnamon, and asparagus with lemon-butter sauce.

Rump steak was simple... just sprayed it down with olive oil and sprinkled on some Everglades Seasonings. Then grilled medium rare.
