Tonight's dinner---
Pheasant breasts- bnls/sknls-
Pound breasts- season with Tony's and S&P-put a chunk of jack cheese and several slices of pepper on each- i use poblano-roll and wrap with bacon- i marinate the rolls in italian Dressing for a couple of hours-- grille on gas grille or charcoal until bacon is crisp and cheese melted.

Sounds delicious. Red beans and rice, plus fried okra sounds good as sides. :D

I wanna know how a fellow up in Wisconson gets Tony's ? Do they sellit in the grocery stores there ?

Pheasants are in short supply roun these parts Coot. Could substitute a pool-deaux though. Plenty of dark meat on them!

Some of us Yamkees have friends in the right places--I am able to keep supplies with Tony's, Steen's syrup, and Savoie's Roux.
Actually Tony's and zatrain's mixes are available in some stores here abouts- makes for a great chenge from Brat's and Cheese.
