What do you think about this guy?

Is he really guilty or just the fall guy for the prosecutor?

What a jackass, they ought to tattoo a picture of a beautiful woman on his entire backside and just throw his azz in prison with Bubba.
Arrogant jerk that thinks he pulled off perfect murders.

It seems to be unlucky for ladies to marry this guy.

Most UNLUCKY indeed. I'm surprised it has taken this long to nail his ass.

The prosecution must prove

1. it was indeed murder and

2. that he did it.

What happened to the code of blue? ... or did he use that up?

some legal experts question the constitutionality of the new law -- because authorities apparently have little physical or forensic evidence tying Peterson to his third wife's death.

The law faces serious constitutional questions, some legal experts said. A similar federal law was struck down last year. The state law could face the same fate because it appears to unfairly limit a defendant's right to cross-examine an accuser, DePaul University law Professor Leonard Cavise said.

"It should fall flat on its face,'' he said.

looks like a shakey case to me.

Did he axe wife number 4 too? How many wives will he murder before someone stops him. He must be hung like a horse getting so many wives with his track record... go figure

I figure the other way around. ... when they laugh at him, he kills em.

I think the best case may lie with #4 ... if they can find her and not bungle it.

Exhuming bodies for contrary findings, trying to make a new law so they can convict him, = grasping at straws.

With his police background, maybe he figured he's too smart to be caught?

but he's caught.

maybe he figures he too smart to be convicted?

The article sez:

"Savio's body was found by a friend of Peterson after the police sergeant called him to say he was worried because he had not talked to or seen Savio for a few days. The couple had recently divorced.

The friend, Steve Carcerano, has said he went to the house and went upstairs while Peterson waited downstairs.

When he found Savio's body in the bathtub, he called downstairs to Peterson, who has said he then ran upstairs, took Savio's pulse, but found none."

He sent his 'friend' upstairs to look?

And his 'friend' checked the bathroom?

I suppose if there were a restraining order against him, that might make sense..... but if you're divorced/ing from a woman who has an order against you, wouldn't it be kind of odd to be 'worried' about her if you were out of contact with her for 72 hours?
