You picked a good one. I gave the Forschner steak knives to my sister and they would shave your arm, straight from the factory. One of my buddies bought the complete Forschner kitchen set for his son and he loves them. The Wengers aren't bad either---I have some of those in my camp gear.

Forschner knives are the excellent working knives! I have a bunch of them in various models. They get really sharp and are easy to touch back up when the need arises.
