I just saw a news report that the Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, is one of six on Obama's short list for the Supreme Court.:o:rolleyes::mad:

It will be the acid test to see if congress has a suicide wish. I would predict a major number not being re-elected if they vote "yea" on that!

Although she might do less damage on the SC than as HSS.

It has been announced here she is on that short list. Looking at what she has done in her current job how can she seriously be a canidate?

Remember, American soldiers can be called domestic terrorists. Radical Moslems can not be called terrorists.

The standard pattern has been to gut check the opposition with various unthinkables before revolving back to something resembling what's already in place, but with a new name/direction for change sake.

I've become ho hum about the administration inspired press speculations.

Besides, Napolitano did such a bang up job of protecting us all from the flu, I doan see how we could do without her if/when we get biologically attacked via falling sky. :cool:
