Does Glock, Sig, HK etc... make a true left handed model or variant?

Some are ambidextrous, but the spent cases still come out the wrong way. The only real "LEFTY" was a maker of 1911A1's tthat is no longer around. Had the safety in the right place and the the spent cases wern't kicked into your face. Because of my "CRS" flare up I am having a hard time recalling the Manufacturers name.

They were a complete mirror image of the standard 1911. Even came as consecutive numbered sets, one righty, one lefty.
