Has anybody tried these, or the similar products from other manufacturers?

I tried the original Lumenok when they first came out, and wasn't impressed. I had one on a hunting arrow, and it didn't take much of a bump to the bow to set that thing off while walking to the stand, hoisting up the tree, or even carrying it in my vehicle. I had to take the Lumenok part way out of the arrow so the wires couldn't make contact, then remember to fix it once I was in the stand and ready to nock my go-to arrow. It only took a dozen or so hunts without shooting anything and one of the wires broke on the Lumenok. That was the end of that for me.

I think Easton's version relies on the nock passing near a magnet you attach on or near the arrow rest on your bow. That seems like it should be more foolproof.

I've used Easton's "Tracer" version. Turns on by magnet.
It's a fun toy, and would probably be excellent on a video hunt to see where the hit was.
They cost the same as an arrow, so it's not cheap insurance if you shoot one in the tall grass. They will help you find the arrow... sometimes.

The magnet slaps right on the whisker biscuit ring. Easy set up.

Shoots the same as regular nocked arrow out to 40 yards or so. Hard to tell past that.

They will run out of power if you don't shoot that often and leave them 'activated' i.e. ready to shoot (but turned off).

To keep the battery lasting longer you need to deactivate it, particularly if you're only using them, say, once a week.

They're fun! Gives your buddy something to shoot at on the 3D range. :D

I was thinking of trying Easton's Tracer version this fall. I often shoot my deer reight before dark from the treestand, and once I'm back on the ground in the dark everything looks different. For those times that the arrow doesn't pass through, a blinking light that doesn't move and can be seen from some distance would seem pretty reassurng.

Are batteries replaceable on the Tracer? I know that on the Lumenok, once the wire breaks it stays broke, and you can't get at the internal battery.

Batteries not replaceable. Makes a $20 arrow a $30 arrow.
Man this sport its getting expensive!
(The tracers are fun though!)

It's illegal in Idaho to have any electronic or tritium device attached to a bow or arrow. That includes sight pins & nocks.
