It's 5am here and I'm now hungry already--you gave me an idea for today--going to stay home from River for a day and sight in 5 rifles for prairie dog shoot next week and a couple fro hunting this fall-BUT I went to my butcher the other day and he had some pork roasts that were ends from pork loins-- he has had a run on them so ends were left- small shoulder end rsts but very meaty and priced at $1.29/lb-- i bought a few and today will try one in my smoker cooker-- I'll give it a couple og hours in smoke -HOT- then in foil to make it super tender--Thanks for pics--
