I've been stuck scrolling through all the old posts when opening a thread on a subject.
This morning while looking around I found where to change that...

In the "User CP" under "Edit Options" down to "Thread Display Options" and then to "Thread Display Mode" .

The default setting is "Linear - Oldest First"

If you change it to "Linear - newest First" you won't have to scroll through all the older responses to get to the newest one.

Us older folks take a while to catch on to these things.. ;)

Does 'jump to first unread' still work?

That'd be handy

But don't worry, GW - you done schooled me on it, and I make my living on the fool internet

I always start out by going to "NEW POSTS" on the blue bar above.
That way you don't miss much.

Another good one is after reading through, go to Quick Links, and select Mark Forums Read.

Then the next time you go in, select New Posts from the top. This way, you don't have to weed through everything to see if someone has responded, or there is a new topic.
