Special Moose Hunt in Maine

Has anyone checked out this new special hunt? The printout says that the guides will have up to three permits for the hunt. I assume they will be seling them. Has anyone heard how much they are going for? Any information is welcome.

What's weird is someone from Oakland (central ME) got one of the landowner permits?!?! Maybe he owns land in Aroostook cty?
