3D shoot Saturday at Poolesville, MD Izaak Walton

There will be a 3D shoot this Saturday (6/20) from 8am - 1pm at the Poolesville, MD Izaak Walton.
Both compound and trad archers welcome - we have lots of both.

Funny! We had a wash-out. I did my duty and opened the range at 7:30am.
Had a local couple come shoot about 10:30am, and that was it. They managed to squeeze a round in between downpours. :eek:

What's the new sight?

A buddy had a slightly used Spott Hogg wound-fiber sight that's much brighter than my existing site (which has just short pieces of fiber.)

It was very easy to install. Starting with the 20yd pin about 1/4-way down from the top of the sight window I matched up the new pins with the old pins and slapped it on the bow. A couple of adjustments and bingo. Good to go from 20-50. Then fiddled with the 60 yard pin until it was spot-on at 70 yards.

The thing is very bright.
