I just got back from a weekend outing up near Frazier Park, CA. We were riding down Mt. Pinos.

A local Specialized Bicycle dealer was one of the event sponsors and had a bunch of demo ride bikes available. This morning I tested a Stumpjumper Pro with XT components. If offers about 5 inches of suspension travel and a "brain" impact sensor you can use to regulate the suspension operation. Avid Juicy Ultimate brakes that worked great.

I have a good hardtail (Gary Fisher Superfly with a few upgraded components) and am thinking about a good full suspension bike. Anyone have a FS mountain bike they like a lot?

Then you must be trained enough of it and riding looks easy job for you, as you have practiced well and enough. And bike plays very supportive role in this case.

I agree with Julian that you should get first training of it.Riding is good thing and it suits you.My brother has a FS mountain bike and i really like that.

I suggest you get a perfect trainer for the mountain biking and never go for the biking with out
training because it is not on the road and life risk involve in this game.
