Why not the Contender ML?

Why do most people seem to ignore the T/C Contender 209x50 ML?

Seems the Encore gets all the glory of the two actions, but I've owned both and now only own the Contender. There was no comparison for me. The Contender is much easier to pack through the woods and seemed to be much less finicky than any Encore ML I've ever fooled with.

That's a good question. Maybe kick? That light little contender has a bit more bite.
The Encore 209X50 is a tad heavy, but it shoots very well.
