I was wondering. If some dirt bag was trying to jack me up, or steal my tools off my truck, and I sprayed him with my Alaskan Bear Spray, would that be considered using the product inconsistent with it's labeling ???

Some problems are easily solved.
After spraying the criminal place the can vertically between his chin and his breastbone and keep smacking that can with a louiseville slugger until the label falls off and you can dispose of it.
