Looks like no posts whilst i was in AK-- ate nada but fish/seafood for 7 days on boat- man it was great and i even got some new recipes for shrimp and halibuts.

Made this one up in 84- Named after my girlfriend who became my wife in 85--Halibut Patricia
4each ---6-8 oz halibut steaks
pinch ea of Tony's Creole seasoning
6 oz dungeness crab meat
4 oz defrosted spinach
8 oz Hollandaise Sc.
Season fillets with dash of Tony's. Place 1 oz of spinach leaves and 2 oz of crab on each steak-bake 2-15 min at 350F or till fish flakes
plate and pour 2oz of sauce on each steak- you can sub cheese sc(mild) for hollandaise. Enjoy.
