One of those paper sharpening wheels. I don't want it for my good knives, but it should do a fine job for some branch loppers and maybe shovels and hoes.

I've heard that Siguy over on Bladeforums uses and sells them. If you are a member there, you could pull up one of his posts and contact him. I heard that he employes them for convexing some very fine blades.
