scope for a .50 cal ML

What would be an affordable($100-) choice for a scope on a .50 cal ML. Should I go with a rifle scope or a cheaper scope. My thought is that the cheaper scopes would be destroyed by the recoil.

I hate to buy a scope because I don't like to spend the money for a good one. Inexpensive scopes may work forever, or may not. All I will say is that I bought a cheap one & replaced it with a Nikon "Omega" and have never regreted the $250.00 I spent on it.

Now on a 50-BMG, you better put some quality scope on that rifle or just piss your money down the drain in a big hurry.:eek: :D :D

I would go with a straight power for starters in a Leupold!
