Was he denied a Red Ryder BB gun as a kid? Was he teased by the kids whose dads took them shooting and hunting? WHAT is his absolute HATRED of the 2nd Amendment all about? He is getting DERANGED and I have NOBODY else (apart from Socialist #1 and Socialist #2) to vote for here.:p

He actually went on the air to screech about the amendment to allow CCW holders to carry in any state. Even Glenn Beck, a CCW holder and NRA lifer, was uncomfortable with the bill. In HIS case it was because he hates "one size fits all legislation" coming down to us serfs from Foggy Bottom. That I can sympathize with.

Mayor Mike, who urinated on the will of the people and bullied his way to a THIRD run, claims that "criminals will get carry permits in states with lax gun laws and carry all over NY City even in theaters and churches". CRIMINALS?!!
Has this nerd never heard about the checks you go through BEFORE you get a CCW card?:eek:

This is the SAME billionaire mayor who has been behind the coven of liberal big city mayors running entrapment scams to "prove" that if we could restrict gun ownership in other states crime in NY, Chicago, Bahston or Philly would drop like magic. They NEVER look at the courts or judges or the CRIMINALS.:mad:

In my Constitutional Law classes we learned that there IS a basis for national CCW. It depends on getting the RIGHT case in front of the RIGHT courts (and Borking that cow trying to get on now). The "full faith and credit" clause requires each state to recognize basic non-professional licenses from other states.

Follow. The freaks got same-sex marriage legalizes in about 4 or 5 states. Now under full faith and credit ALL states must accept the marriage license. That is why you don't have to get married again when you move and why your driver's license is valid all over the U.S. IF the right case gets certiorari then we can argue that if you want the gays to be married in any state if married in CA or MA, then you HAVE to accept CCW licenses from ANY state or else the gays are not married outside CA or MA. :)

If we get THAT reasoning to fly either the gays lose or we win. The libs would eat dead rats before offending their pet "victim" group so we'd have a chance.:D
