Well I started my baiting in early August and had one real good bait hit consistently. I decided to focus my attention on that one spot but also had a couple other back ups.
I saw 4 bears this season one real nice bear at the end of the season was walking up the trail he made that ran right beside me. He was smelling up and down trying to make sure it was safe and i had my rifle ready and waiting for him to go past me to the bait so i could get a shot in but a four wheller went tearing bye scaring him off but thats how it goes some years.

didnt put my trail cameras out this year. Too many grouse hunters out in Wisconsin that utilize the public land. I did get last years bears on trail cams.
